Our Tax Lien Sale will be hosted by Ingenuity Auctions and will take place online at Ingenuity Auctions.
To activate your bidder account and begin exploring auctions, please create an account and then complete your registration here.
Registration should only take 2–3 minutes. You’ll verify your email, create a secure password, and provide any additional details required for bidding. Once registered, you’ll be able to:

totally disabled? Please click on one of those qualifications for more information and to claim these exemptions, or call our Property Tax Office at 205-973-0589. These exemptions must be filed with our office every year.
